The existing house, in a terrible state of disrepair, was reimagined as a functional and modern home with traditional details including an accessory dwelling.

Street-facing façade of the house was designed to embrace the colonial village character of Tarrytown. The kitchen is strategically oriented to a light-filled backyard and patio. Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms are efficiently laid out to maximize the building footprint.
